AZDA Director, Samantha Gobeille and faculty member, Kristina Nadjafi are certified in Progressing Ballet Technique curriculum.

This ballet conditioning program is designed to be integrated into level 1-7 classes.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) classes use exercise/stability balls, therabands, yoga mats, Bosu and stability boards plus other apparatus for dancer training.

This method fully integrates ballet class material and strengthening excercises with a healthy and safe progression of dancer ability.

  • Longevity in dance
